Help & troubleshooting

Resolve video import, audio, export and batch-processing problems.

A video address will not load

Use an HTTP or HTTPS link to a video file, not a platform page, playlist, HLS stream or login-protected resource. Public sources normally stream through Cloudflare, which handles your IP address, full source URL and media without persisting the media. Range support is still required. Recognized local addresses and manually selected direct connections bypass the proxy; select direct connection for custom intranet domains. Direct sources must allow CORS and expose Content-Range. HTTP may be blocked by the browser.

Audio or encoding is unsupported

A file extension does not identify all of its codecs. Try another browser or a supported output format. The editor reports unsupported audio instead of silently removing it. When offered, compatible stereo export requires your explicit choice and does not preserve spatial effects. Muting deliberately removes every audio track.

The export is larger or storage is full

Re-encoding can produce a larger file; compression has no fixed reduction ratio. Try a lower resolution or smaller-file quality setting, then compare the actual result. Sources over 500 MiB or batches over 1 GiB use temporary local files when supported. Free disk space or process fewer files if storage is insufficient.

Canceling and batch failures

Batch files run one at a time. A failed file does not prevent the others from processing. Canceling does not offer an unfinished file for download. Download completed results before leaving or refreshing. If a remote session or signed link expires, remove the old item and import a valid link again.

How to use

  1. Select videos

Select or drop one or more videos.

The subtitle tool handles one video at a time and imports text, timing and line breaks from SRT, VTT or ASS, without the original styling or effects. Preview in sync, adjust a shared style and position, and shift subtitle timing. Export burns subtitles into the picture and preserves original audio.

  2. Choose a tool

Choose mute, compression, text watermark, images, stickers, music, cut, crop, canvas or speed for every video. Compression offers quality, resolution and output format controls; the final size is checked after export. Music supports volume, original audio mixing and looping. Text watermarks and images cover the full video by default; drag the time range ends to change when they appear. Each sticker has one visible segment controlled on the timeline. Join combines the list in order; speed changes also change audio pitch.

  3. Process and download

Start processing and follow each file's progress. Download results individually or as a ZIP. Changing settings requires processing again.

Videos are processed in your browser. Local files are not uploaded. Download results before leaving the editor. Changing language keeps your current files and settings. Large exports are stored as temporary files in this browser. Removing results or leaving the editor deletes them. After an unexpected close, leftover files are cleaned up the next time you open the website. Clearing site data also deletes temporary files. Downloaded files are kept.
