1. Using the editor

Online Video Editor is a free browser tool that does not require an account. It processes the videos, audio and images you select on your device. Available tools and supported formats depend on your browser, device and files.

2. Your content and permissions

You retain your rights to the content you edit. You are responsible for having permission to use, edit and share your videos, music, images, text and other materials. Do not use the website to violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

Music and other assets may have their own licenses. Check the license information shown for a track and any attribution or usage requirements before publishing an export. Access to an asset through the editor does not grant additional rights to it.

3. Original files and exports

Keep a copy of your original files and check exported video, audio, timing and image quality before relying on a result. Some operations re-encode media and can change its quality or format. Browser or device limitations can cause processing to fail.

Download completed results before leaving the editor, refreshing or closing the page. The website does not provide cloud storage or recovery of your editing session.

4. Availability and liability

The website is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every file or error-free results. Features may be changed, suspended or removed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FaiChou disclaims warranties and liability for losses arising from use of the website, including lost data or unusable exports. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. External services

The online music library and links to other websites, including ClipFlow, involve separate services. Their own terms, licenses and privacy policies apply when you use them. ClipFlow is a separate iPhone and iPad app by the same developer; its availability and pricing are separate from this website.
